MO/SM74 Plate roller adjuster rachet pin

These tiny inserts are used to give a clicky action to some of the roller adjustment screws on SM74 and MO machines. It is very common for these to drop out and be lost when the o ring that retains them in place perishes. The Press Parts o ring replacement is PP824
