SHIPPING OPTIONS

We use a number of couriers to ship parcels out all over the world, if you have a preference to a specific courier please make sure to include this within your order, but please note this may add additional charges as the costs to deliver will be different.

If you would prefer us to use your account with a courier this can also be accommodated, just make sure you add the details within the checkout process.

All the pictures below will take you to each couriers tracking page, allowing you to track your shipments with ease.

SHIPPING COST

All UK shipping costs are accurately calculated by the site, currently for orders under £50 a charge of £8 will be added for the shipment to go on a Next day courier; Orders over £50 will have free delivery to Mainland UK locations aside from the following exceptions;

• Any order containing a rubber roller will have carriage calculated and added depending on the weight of the order.

• Orders containing the 25kg oil products have a £15 charge for the first drum with an £8 charge for any additional drum after. (on the same order)

Some orders under 1kg will go via First class post (This is not a guaranteed next day service and can take 3-5 days), unless otherwise instructed.

Orders under £10 will have a £2 delivery cost.

Please make sure to select timed or guaranteed deliveries if there is any urgency in receiving the parts, or add special instructions in the box provided on checkout.

For International orders the Shipping cost is calculated by the website based on the estimated weight of the parcel, as most couriers use volumetric details as well it can sometimes not be 100% accurate.

We do not aim to profit from the carriage charge, trying as best as possible to give you the real costs to send the part to you, and on the service you wish to receive, all carriage costs are checked prior to the parcel being released and should there be a large difference between the estimate and actual costs we will contact you to confirm the change.

We understand that this can sometimes delay a parcel, but we feel that carriage should be fair; we strongly suggest that if you are seeking an expedient delivery that all orders be placed before 1:30PM, as any later we may not be able to get the parcel ready before the cut off for collection.
